We’ll start by breaking down each part: you have the Hydropop adapter itself, the 8 inch straw, the 42 inch tube straw, the water bottle adapter (connects the tube straw to the Hydropop adapter), and the mouthpiece.

1.) Pull the 8 inch straw from the Hydropop adapter and clean that with dish soap, and either run soapy water through it or clean it with a straw cleaner. 2.) Twist off the water bottle adapter from the Hydropop adapter and disconnect the tube straw from the water bottle adapter, and clean the both adapters as you would clean regular dishes. 3.) For the tube straw you can decide if you want to take off the rubber guard from the mouthpiece to clean that separately.
